Shipment and Refund Policy

Choosing the right panel can be a daunting experience. There’s so much confusing information out there, and you just want to make a good decision without feeling like you need a full semester of education!

Here at LightPathLED, we are dedicated to your wellbeing. That’s why we have a stress free return policy that allows you to try our panel for 60 days. If you’re not completely satisfied, send it back with no hassle, no stress, and no restocking fee. You will only be responsible for shipping costs to and from. We ask that you keep the box and all packing material in order to quickly and securely return your panel to us.


With hands-on assembly, high-end diodes, and an iron casing, we can confidently offer a 3 year warranty (1 year for Mini and pads) against manufacturer defects. We make this simple: contact us, securely box up the panel, send it to us, and once received, we will either fix or send you a replacement.

For professional centers, the warranty is 18 months for Tabletop and Large panels, and 9 months for Mini and pads.

1: Warranty covers manufacturer defects to panel and cable (accessories such as door hangers, mounts, hooks not included).

2: User misuse or damage is not covered under warranty.

3: LightPathLED and LightPath to Wellness shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

4: To start the process, contact us. We will email you a return label. Securely pack panel in original box with packing material. Ship to us. Upon inspection and determination of manufacturer defect, we will fix or replace.



Typically we have all panels in stock and can get them mailed out and to you within 2 weeks. There are certain items that are special order or may be on back order that will take up to 6 weeks for delivery. You will be notified if the product ordered is on back order. You will be able to cancel order if time is a concern.
