I bought 2 panels and so far I'm loving them. I've noticed i don't wake up tired like I used too and I'm getting deeper sleeps. My energy levels are where I need them to be and my mood is great! I've also noticed I'm less bloated. Red Light Therapy is amazing

I purchased the panel for the percentage of 810nm being higher than other panels. I like the addition of the blue light for morning sessions, I noticed the increase in energy right away. I also like the control panel is now on the side. Overall exceptional quality, I am very happy with my decision.
