Torch Issue

Torch stated had a timer allowing more enjoyable experience doing the treatment. I have had my Torch for months and still am unable to figure out how to get the timer to work. It shouldn't be this hard. No video on youth be has helped or had even addressed the timer other then telling us it was a feature.
